"Omens and Symbols"

"Because, whever your heart is, that is where you'll find your treasure" I think this qoute is important to Santiago because he found a girl that he likes and even said the found his treasure already.

    I agree with you that he thinks maybe the girl IS his treasure :) My question for you is, how does this relate to omens and symbols?
